Would you like to control your E39 M5 by talking to it? A voice command module can be added to your car’s navigation system. It can follow the following commands; Turn on navigation, turn or off voice instuction, display map, change map scale and get information of current location and destination and many more.

This add on voice recognition fits the E39 models 525, 528, 530, 540 and M5 that were manufactured in 2000 or later. You can check if your car has the blue connector on the top right wiring harness as shown in the picture here.. If it has, then it is ready for this mod.
