Removing the E39 M5 Solenoids

This is a post in the m5board.com bulletin that shows the viewers how to remove the Vanos solenoides of the E39 M5.

In this vid, only the o-rings and the gasket were replaced. And this is one of the things that should be done if you hear a rattling noise from your Vanos. Chances are, this will solve the problem with the annoying noise.
