How To Connect Sirius Satellite Radio in the E39 M5
Bavarian Soundwerks has a detailed description on how to install satellite radio for the e39. However, I’m not certain that I would choose the Sirius kit, when XM is pretty good too!
Anyway – the instructions are good and include some great pictures. They are some of the better descriptions that I’ve seen for E39 M5 mods regarding the sound system. This is not surprising however because BSW is generally regarded as a top brand for BMW sound and electronics mods.
There are two options to be aware of if you go the Sirius route and that is of course whether or not you have the DSP audio or NON DSP audio.
