E39 M5 Supercharger Conversion

CA Automotive International in the UK offers an E39 M5 supercharger called the RK520.  It is manufactured from a fully custom made CNC machined parts.  The software is developed for both European and US spec E39 M5′s.

When installed in  a vehicle, the increase in power can reach 120-150hp.

Based on actual experience on a stock car, with standard exhaust system and unmodified engine, power increase registered a 107 hp increase. The stock engine’s power before this supercharging was 384 hp. It should be noted that a dyno fan can not imitate real world air flow cooling effects and other factors. Consequently, dyno figures are 15-25hp lower than it really is on the street.
