Driving Through a Tunnel with the E39 M5

Here’s a vid of an E39 M5 with Eisenmann Sport Exhaust, Supersprint X-Pipe Active and Autowerke CAI. Well, you can surely listen to the awesome sound coming from this car.

The driver drove through the tunnel and did hit the rev limiter at one time or another. If you have never experienced driving a BMW e39 M5 through a tunnel, you can do a virtual drive here. I like the ending of the film clip when the car drove out of the tunnel and the sun shines on the dashboard.

Funny enough, this vid started a discussion about why the shape of the car’s rear view mirror is not oval.
