This is an E39 M5 Carbon black silver with black Nappa interior for sale. Other features include Sat Nav, with the communications pack or telephone.It also has 10 speaker DSP surround sound system, Electric Rear Blind, Rubber mat in the boot and a Shadow Chrome alloys that is in excellent condition.

This BMW E39 M5 is completely original, with no modifications at all. It has 113k with stacks and stacks of receipts, and invoices. Most of these modifications has been done by BMW itself, and some by a porsche specialist in Cheshire. This car runs on Shell V power since 2005. It only runs on 10w60w Castrol Edge specifically designed for M engines. The car has no Vanos issues and starts up perfectly with no ticking noises, and is in excellent condition.

The car used to belong to Tiff Needells and is reasonably priced at £11500 and it is certainly worth to check it out. The latest owner bought it in March this year with 112,000 miles. He is selling it only because he is renovating his house. The car has been inspected by Peter Michaels of BMW who said that this is one of the best E39 M5 he has ever driven.

Silver 2000 E39 M5 Sold In Florida For $13,900

This 2000 E39 m5 sold in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for $13,900. It had 81,450 miles and a very popular color combination. My guess is that it went for a bit less that you’d expect for two reasons:
1. The time of the year – it was sold on December 22nd.
2. The Model year – generally speaking 2000′s don’t fetch as much as subsequent years because they are known as the “pre-facelift” models.

The can also had some accident/ damage history reported and parts of the interior were a little rough. Having said all of the above – to be able to own a car like this for less than $15,000 is simply incredible. 2001 M5 Sold For $23,991 In Houston Texas

Seems that red E39 m5‘s are what sell best near Christmas time! This is the second one to sell in a week that is Imola red. What’s more – is these cars are coming out with really low mileage. This one sold on Ebay after 9 bids. 27,109 miles on the clock.

The car had the “heritage” style leather seats which I prefer less than the more modern looking versions. As part of this package the car also included the wood dash inserts, which although classy looking, seem to be more common than the brushed aluminum inserts.

The car looked to be another one that did not have any modifications or damage. The seats were in great repair and from what I can tell so were the wheels. Here’s a few pictures from the original listing:

2002 M5 Sold for $26,100 in Colorado

This Imola Red e39 m5 sold in Frederick Colorado for just over 26k. Low miles (36,052). The dealer says that the car was traded for a Lexus. What? Oh well…to each his own I suppose…

Anyway – another nice clean looking red on black m5. For this exterior color I prefer the two tone interior – but you may like the more conservative interior. This car did not appear to have any modifications.

Hot 2002 Imola Red E39 M5 Sells for $18,200 in Philadelphia, PA

This is one of the most sought after colors for many in the E39 M5. This car sadly did have some accident / damage history reported and – yet sold for just over $18k this December Still incredible value for this car.

No Park Distance control on this car and just over 19,000 miles on the clock. Where did this guy go? Obviously not too far – seems a bit low to me… The s62 motor is barely broken in!

Anyway – the damage history is not noted in detail on this eBay listing, but I’m hoping that the buyer got it all checked out.

Seems like about 20 bids per car is the norm this fall for E39 M5′s.

This was the third owner selling this car.

Carbon Black 2002 E39 M5 Sells For $21,075 in Walnut Creek California

This is a perfect example of a reasonably popular color combo for the E39 M5. This e39 m5 was for sale on eBay and sold December 2nd, 2009. Incredible value I think – even if you don’t think much of the color combo.

It was another one owner car that looked to be in great shape. 74,234 miles were on the clock with no damage history. The car was sold via a dealership, instead of privately, but that doesn’t mean much if the car checks out…

Options included Park Distance Control and brushed aluminum dash/ door inserts. Interior looks tight and the driver’s seat appeared to be free of the usual wear points. However, there weren’t a lot of pics for this sale and the listing didn’t state if the car was equipped with fold down rear seats – which I happen to find very useful in mine!

There were no indications of any modifications done to this car – very likely she was totally stock based upon the pics.

Anyway, 17 bids and a fairly successful sale – but great value. Here’s some of the pics from the listing:

2003 LeMans Blue E39 M5 Sells for $26,600 In Miami

This beautiful 2003 E39 M5 sold on eBay November 29, 2009 for $26,600. The car was located in Miami and appears to be a real clean example of God’s favorite sedan .

I liked this car because it was a 1 owner car with only 62,793 miles. It had all options and was never smoked in. The owner states that he traded it in for a Ferrari F430, which would indicate to me that keeping his Beast up to spec was a ‘cost no object’ ownership experience – EXACTLY the kind of car you want to buy.

Given that there were 20 bids on this car, I suspect others felt the same way. Of course, there really weren’t too many options on the E39 m5 other than Park Distance Control and the M Audio System and rear folding seats.

This car had all options and I think the interior looks super cool. This car appears to be bone stock, which is a real plus for many owners.
